Miss Toucan Gets Married!

Tiffany (a/k/a) Miss Toucan of Weddingbee blog fame and Colin got married a few weeks ago, and what a day it was! Despite the start of a heat wave that kicked off the summer, everyone stayed cool and the day was highlighted by an early series of "tests" for Colin conducted by the bridal party, followed by the church ceremony, multiple tea ceremonies for people in both Colin and Tiffany's family, and three outfit changes for Tiffany.

Not to mention a traditional Chinese lion dance, a videogame theme for the table decor and one of the cakes, karaoke, and lots of dancing!

The first of several "tests" that Colin has to pass is dutifully read to him.

Ellen and Lou E-Session

Ellen and Lou decided to do their engagement session at the lake home of their parents (a favorite summer spot), and we also stopped by a local airport and horse farm. They are getting married this fall at Stonewall Farm in New Hampshire...can't wait!

Kathleen and Justin E-Session

Kathleen and Justin are getting married in January, but they wanted to get the jump on a fun engagement session in downtown Boston. Justin is the first groom I've ever photographed who's ever shown up in a tie for an engagement session...I made him take it off after a while, but I didn't have to loosen him up. :-) We had a great time.

Alison and Scott E-Session

This season's engagement sessions are underway...hooray! Alison and Scott took advantage of a great evening in May to walk around the Back Bay for their session.
